Contribute to a well-established and reputable operationDuties of a Vehicle Damage Assessor:

Conduct comprehensive inspections and assessments of damaged vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards and industry regulations
Utilise estimating software such as Audatex to prepare accurate repair estimates
Source and interpret repair techniques and technical data using recognised platforms
Identify and account for additional repairs and works as needed during the repair process
Collaborate with the workshop supervisor to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency
Assist Parts Supervisor in managing parts ordering and receipt to minimise delays
Work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Apply technical knowledge and estimating skills to deliver high-quality damage assessments
Stay informed on emerging repair techniques and vehicle types, including electric and hybrid vehiclesRequirements of a Vehicle Damage Assessor:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator
Familiarity with estimating platforms, such as Audatex
Sound understanding of vehicle repair methods and technical data sourcing
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and independently
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Valid VDA qualification is desirable but not essential
Experience with electric and hybrid vehicles is a plus
