Description:
My client is one of the UK's largest provider of used and new vehicles. Their services range from New Vehicle Services, Used Vehicle Refurbishment, Vehicle Imaging and Vehicle Re-marketing. They require a Vehicle Handover Specialist to join their busy team based in Corby Northamptonshire.
The hourly rate is £13.30 per hour and the role is running through until January 2027, with a view to joining their Team permanently.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
· To manage the vehicle handover process for collection agents for all models and manufacturers.
· Be knowledgeable about all the vehicles that are handed over so that specific enquiries on controls/features/specifications can be answered.
· Ensure all necessary paperwork / checks required by the contract have been completed prior to the vehicles leaving site.
· To Work closely within the handover team to keep customer care and satisfaction at top industry levels at all times
· Responsible for the quality and cleanliness of vehicles being handed over.
· Act as the main point of contact for customers at the point of collection
· To offer an explanation of the vehicle controls and demonstrate as required.
· To assist with the Hand-over Agents with the handover of vehicles
· To ensure all vehicles are present in the GTG area and checked by the end of the working day for the next day's collections.
· Supporting other areas within the Handover process when necessary.
The ideal candidate would be from a Car Sales background. You will need a full driving license as moving vehicles across site is necessary.
