VDA Estimator

£38k Basic + Bonus

Responsibilities:

* Accurately assessing and estimating vehicle damage

* Preparing detailed job cards and costing sheets

* Liaising with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders

* Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and industry regulations

* Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently

* Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a VDA Estimator

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Proficient in using industry-specific estimating software

Salary and Benefits:

* Basic salary of up to £38k

* bonus

* 20 days holiday + BH, increase each year

* Monday – Friday

* Saturday morning rota
