We are working on behalf of our client, a reputable franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealer group operating nationwide for over 50 years, to recruit a highly skilled Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV)/Van Technician for their busy dealership in Gloucester. Complete all service, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer standards efficiently and accurately
Perform comprehensive diagnosis and repairs of vehicle malfunctions
Support colleagues with technical issues and knowledge-sharing
Document diagnostic findings, repairs, safety inspections, and service reports accurately
Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures
Maintain high quality standards in a busy workshop environment
Support the workshop team to meet productivity targets and ensure customer satisfactionRequirements of the Van Technician:

Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
At least 1-2 years of relevant practical experience post-qualification
Experience working on vans and light commercial vehicles is advantageous but not essential
Excellent team player with a strong work ethic as the Van Technician
Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
