Van Technician

Description:

We are currently recruiting for our client, a premium main dealership in Coventry, seeking an experienced Van Technician to join a modern, well-equipped workshop.

Salary up to £45,000 basic (DOE) + bonus up to £3,000 per annum (OTE £48,000)
Monday to Friday (45 hours per week) with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings

Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on light commercial vehicles
Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard first time
Support preparation and maintenance of new, used, and loan vehicles
Work collaboratively with the workshop team to maintain efficiency and quality
Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer and dealership standards
Maintain accurate job records and documentationRequirements of a Van Technician:

NVQ or IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
Proven workshop or dealership experience as a Van Technician
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Experience working on LCVs is desirable
Full UK driving licence
MOT Tester licence is preferred but not essential
Knowledge of hybrid/EV systems and VAG vehicles is advantageous
