YOLO Recruitment are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our client’s team at their Dealership in Berkshire.
They are looking for a top-performing individual to join the sales team, an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and who is target-driven. You will be able to identify the right requirements for the customer and present to them solutions based on the range of vehicles that they offer.

* Great at researching an assigned area to identify new business opportunities for retail customers and small/medium businesses
* A pro-active attitude towards understanding your defined area
* Ability to conclude sales contracts and make any required amendments
* Strong organisation skills and able to manage orders on hand and supervise order processing
* Customer database management
* Promote current sales campaigns
* Focus and ability to achieve and exceed individual sales targets
* Great at selling after sales care, including service care packages
* Responsibility for the showroom and forecourt
* Regularly recording customer satisfaction and initiating relevant measures
A full, clean UK Driving License is essential for this role.
As a Sales Executive, you will :
* Sell maximum number of vehicles possible
* Achieve maximum profitability on sales
* Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
* Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty and finance facilities
* Help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of customer care and process efficiency
The hours for this Car Sales Executive / Vehicle Sales Executive / Commercial Sales Executive role are Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00. NO WEEKENDS!
