Job Title: Van Driver - Owner Driver Franchise Opportunity

Job Type: Full-time, 8-week trial period as a Van Driver via the agency with the potential to transition into a self-employed Owner Driver Franchisee.

Location: Bristol, BS16.

Responsibilities:

*

Deliver approximately 120 parcels per day, catering to both business to business and business to consumer deliveries.

*

Operate various shift patterns, discussed and agreed upon during the interview stage, with typical shifts ranging from 5:30am to 3:30pm or 07:30am to 5:30pm.

*

Maintain professionalism and efficiency in handling deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of parcels.

*

Adhere to road safety regulations and company protocols at all times.

*

Embrace the opportunity to establish and manage your own business as an Owner Driver Franchisee, demonstrating dedication and entrepreneurial spirit.

Requirements:

Minimum age of 21.

*

UK driving license held for at least 12 months.

*

Clean driving record with no more than 6 points for minor offenses.

*

Up-to-date DBS check.

*

Willingness to commit to 4 days of work per week, with the option to work additional days for increased earning potential.

*

Ability to work during peak periods, bank holidays, and the final 6 weeks of the year.

*

Strong work ethic and determination to succeed in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

£11.44 per hour during the 8-week trial period.

*

Opportunity to earn approximately £30,000 base after costs for only 4 days per week, with the potential to earn £60,000-£70,000 with additional commitment.

*

Franchise fee of £400, payable upon acceptance of the contract.

*

Fully refundable deposit of £2000, payable in instalments.

*

NET earnings of £30,000+ per franchise for a 4-day working week, providing a favourable work-life balance.

*

Additional earning potential during peak periods and holidays.

*

One-week paid training provided by the company, with a £500 bonus upon completion of the introductory 8-week period and establishment of the franchise.
