Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable Van Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials in a timely and safe manner. This role requires heavy lifting and excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Safely operate a van to transport goods between locations
- Load and unload items from the van, ensuring proper handling
- Perform routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff to coordinate deliveries
- Adhere to all relevant traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the van
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Van Driver or Delivery Driver
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical work
- Commercial driving experience is advantageous
- Strong communication skills
