Description:
Swanstaff are currently looking for a hard-working Van Driver to join our prestigious client based in Sidcup, Da14. This client specialises in the design and manufacture of a wide range of bespoke door systems for mental health and challenging environments.
7am - 4pm
Monday to Friday
Responsibilities and duties:
* Safely operate company vans to deliver goods to designated locations.
* Load and unload materials from the van, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
* Plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency and meet delivery schedules.
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.
* Provide excellent customer service, including polite and professional interaction with clients at delivery locations.
* Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices.
* Assist with other tasks in the warehouse or office as needed.
