Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Valuer based in our Stockport branch. This is a full-time, permanent position with an OTE of £35,000.

Let's talk about the role, it involves:

Assisting the branch manager in acquiring and maintaining leading market share to a significant margin in sales

Undertake measure ups, photographs & brochure production

Being acutely aware of your own stock numbers and profile for sale, with a strong awareness of local competition's stock

Working closely with the team to identify new business opportunities

Ensuring there is cross-selling of our services throughout the company by referring potential business to different departments, particularly FS and Lettings

Negotiating sales to a successful exchange and completion

Support the branch manager to meet branch business plan targets

Developing commercial understanding of branch profit and loss
