Elvet Recruitment are recruiting for a Valuer to work for a busy estate agency based in Bridlington.
This is a full-time and permanent position.
Role:
* Generating and conducting valuation appointments
* Securing new instructions on properties to sell
* Business Prospecting and proactive activity
* Extensive local market knowledge and networking
* Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services
* Displaying excellent customer service at all times
Background:
* Previous valuation and estate agency experience with proven track record for providing outstanding customer service
* Full UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle
