Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains multi-functional and transnational interfaces, with our Industrial Partners and with our Supply Chain to ensure overall Industrial objectives achievement.
Strongly influences the organization to deliver against the overall VSM goals and priorities through the willingness to bridge functional, hierarchical and geographical boundaries.
Implements proactive early warning measures, establishing an MFT to ensure effective containment actions are in place.
Acts/plans ahead of the risk materialising and ensures stakeholders are communicated to in a proactive manner,
Drives a strong and fast decision making process to address industrial opportunities, risks and short-falls with the right level of resource and competence to get them managed effectively, ○
Coordinates overall business update and feedback loop process
Coordinates Quality Gate & Service Level Agreements through the A400M industrial system from Supplier to FAL.
Ensures sufficient Budget allocation to manage the Business effectively - and monitors/aids control of adherence to Cost allocationsRequired experience / Skills:
Value Stream Manager - Plant Program Manager - Responsible for end-to-end value stream
Daily liaison with operations/supply chain - internal and external
Candidate needs to have Project Managemnet experience
Management of modification - change process management would be beneficial
