Valuation Surveyor (Long form / red book) – Brighton - £80k+ OTE
Are you an MRICS Valuation Surveyor competent in long form Valuation?
Would you like to work in a traditional practice undertaking a high-quality workload for a wide range of private and institutional clients for excellent reward?
We’re working exclusively with a very well-regarded and long-established Practice on the South Coast (close to Brighton) who are looking to hire an additional Valuation Surveyor as follows:
MRICS / VRS qualified with 3+ years PQE
Familiar with the Brighton and surrounding Suth Coast postcodes
Traditional set up with Agency, Surveying and Auctioneering elements (each feeding the other in addition to external client workloads)
Working for institutional and private clients on a valuation-biased workload (IHT, Probate, Matrimonial, Loan Security etc.)
Undertaking red book / long-form reports for private banks / specialist lenders (not short form, main lender mortgage valuations at volume)
Wider professional work available (Landlord & Tenant etc.) for those Surveyors keen/experienced

The salary for the successful Valuation Surveyor is completely negotiable but will sit within current market rates and come with additional benefits and incentives.
