The Role
Joining an experienced and collaborative team, you'll advise clients on a wide range of Council Tax, Domestic Rating and property valuation matters across Scotland.

Key responsibilities will include:

Managing Council Tax and Domestic Rating appeals.
Reviewing assessments and identifying opportunities for savings and rebranding.
Undertaking property inspections and valuation analysis.
Preparing reports and offering strategic advice to clients.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Monitoring legislation and market developments affecting property taxation.
Supporting wider valuation and professional services work where required.
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates from a variety of property backgrounds, including Rating, Valuation, General Practice and Professional Services.

You should have:

A degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Property or a related discipline.
Experience within Rating, Valuation, General Practice or a similar property consultancy environment.
MRICS qualification, APC enrolment, or an ambition to achieve chartership.
Strong analytical, communication and client-facing skills.
A proactive approach and genuine interest in developing a career within Rating and Valuation.
A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
