Chartered Valuation Surveyor
The Opportunity We're working with a highly regarded independent commercial property consultancy looking to recruit a Chartered Valuation Surveyor for its Plymouth office.
With a strong reputation across Devon and Cornwall, the business has built lasting client relationships through its professional, relationship-led approach. Thanks to continued demand and a healthy pipeline of valuation work, they're looking to strengthen their experienced team.
The Role
As Chartered Valuation Surveyor, you'll deliver a varied portfolio of RICS Red Book-compliant valuations across Devon, with additional work throughout Cornwall and occasionally Somerset and Dorset.
You'll undertake valuations involving:
Commercial property
Residential assets
Development land Including:
Loan security
Pension fund
Private client
Statutory valuations This is a varied role offering autonomy, client exposure and the backing of an established regional consultancy.
About You
We're looking for a Chartered Valuation Surveyor who has:
MRICS or FRICS status
RICS Registered Valuer accreditation
3+ years' post-qualified valuation experience
Strong Red Book reporting experience
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
