Well renowned independent estate agents in the North East who hold staff as central to success. I am seeking a motivated individual who excels at creating an outstanding first impression for my clients valued customers.
Position: Experienced Valuer Location: Hexham Salary: £25,000-£30,000 base, £45,000 plus OTE Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Saturdays on a rota basis with time given in lieu.
About the Role: This role is ideal for an experienced valuer looking to join a dynamic and dedicated team. The Hexham office covers a large geographic area, offering diverse opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and retain business through excellent customer service and proactive engagement.
List properties for sale, rental, and auction.
Generate instructions and increase market share.
