My client is a well-established and growing global B2B SaaS business with a strong track record and an impressive global client list.

They seek an experienced UX/UI Designer responsible for conducting user research, designing intuitive website experiences, and partnering with internal teams to drive user engagement and conversions through ongoing design optimisation. Location: Basingstoke, UK (Hybrid—3 days in the office per week). It is very close to the station, and on-site free parking is offered.
THE UX/UI DESIGNER ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Conduct user research and analysis to understand user behaviour, preferences, and pain points on existing websites.
Utilise tools like Crazy Egg, Hotjar, and other analytics platforms to track user journeys, heat maps, and website performance.
Design and optimise website structures, information architecture, and user flows for improved usability and conversions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new website designs or redesigns.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Perform usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and technologies.
THE IDEAL UX/UI DESIGNER WILL HAVE:
Proven experience in UX/UI design, specifically for websites (e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, marketing websites).
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Experience with user research techniques (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing).
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in an agile environment and iterate based on feedback.
Portfolio demonstrating strong UX/UI design skills and successful project outcomes.
