Experience working confidently with military, civilian and technical stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Figma or equivalent collaborative design tools.
Experience designing workflow-driven applications, dashboards or operational systems.
Strong understanding of accessibility, usability and inclusive design principles.
Experience working within agile, multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Experience designing AI-assisted user experiences, explainability features and human-in-the-loop workflows.
Experience developing design systems and reusable component libraries.
Knowledge of classified or accredited system delivery.
