The Position - UPKS2 Teacher

The school is seeking a confident, motivated, and enthusiastic UPKS2 Teacher to join their team from September 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons within Year 6, supporting pupils through their final year of primary school and preparing them for SATs and transition to secondary education.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum, particularly Year 6 expectations, and experience planning and delivering high-quality lessons that support pupils of varying abilities. The school is looking for someone who can maintain high expectations for both behaviour and attainment while building strong, positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.The successful teacher will work collaboratively with colleagues and senior leaders to ensure pupils receive excellent teaching and targeted support where required. Strong classroom management skills, creativity, and a passion for helping children achieve their full potential are essential for this role.
