Trainee Upholsterer Opportunities, Larling NR16 2RA
Warings Furniture is a family-run business we design, manufacture, and deliver exceptionally high-quality furniture to hospitality clients both nationally and internationally. Due to expansion, we are looking for Trainee Upholsterers to join our team in our workshop in Larling, Norfolk.
This is a great opportunity for creative ambitious people who enjoy hands-on manual work and would like to be trained as an experienced upholsterer. Upholstery is a rare and well-paid profession. You will start from the basic level and as you gain new skills and experience, your salary will rise accordingly.
The position is permanent and the working hours are 9 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday with one hour worth of breaks throughout the day.
We are looking for candidates who:
* Have a good attitude and working ethic
* Are reliable and can meet the deadlines
* Enjoy manual work and want to learn new skills and utilise, gained skills in a commercial environment.
* Have the ability to use general power tools such as screwdrivers, hand sanders, and tape measures
* Furniture upcycling or furniture making skills desirable.
