BREAKDOWN OF THE UPHOLSTERER ROLE:
• Products: Bespoke chairs for the healthcare industry
• Starting Salary: £13.92 per hour
• Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM, Friday: 07:30 AM - 01:30 pm
• Immediate Start
• Permanent Position
• Location: Driffield, United Kingdom
DUTIES FOR THE UPHOLSTERER ROLE:
• Using power and hand tools to cut fabric into the framework in the assembly of furniture.
• Attach finishes, including buttons, trim, and other decorative accessories, to complete orders according to specifications.
• Measure and cut fabric or leather pieces with the aid of patterns or stencils and industrial cutting tools to precise sizes and dimensions.
IDEAL UPHOLSTERER:
• Good attention to detail, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Upholsterer (start-to-finish)
