Stratton Mills are an employment business who provide Upholstery Personnel around the UK. We have a great opportunity for Upholsterers. Successful candidates will be offered full-time shifts on a permanent basis.

Breakdown of the Upholsterer Role:

• Products: Sofas, Arm Chairs, Chair, Beds

• Salary: Starting at £14.00 per hour

• Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30 (40 hours per week)

• Immediate Start

• Location: Darlington, United Kingdom

Duties for the Upholsterer Role:

• Upholster furniture from start to finish.

• All parts need to be individually upholstered such as the arms and back and then assembled

• Attach finishes, including buttons, trim and other decorative accessories, to complete orders according to specifications.

• Measure and cut fabric or leather pieces with the aid of patterns or stencils and industrial cutting tools to precise sizes and dimensions.

Ideal Upholsterer Candidate:

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and efficient production environment.

• Have pride in attention to detail to minimize errors.
