We are currently recruiting Unqualified Teaching Assistants to work in wonderful local schools right on your doorstep in the M14 area. Whether you are a graduate looking for classroom experience, a sports coach, a youth worker, or simply someone with a big heart and a great work ethic - this is the perfect step for you!
What does the role look like?
Supporting the classroom teacher with daily activities and setting up resources.
Working 1:1 or in small groups with students who need a little extra boost.
Supporting children with additional needs (SEND) to help them shine.
Creating a fun, safe, and positive learning environment.
What we are looking for:
A positive, "can-do" attitude and a passion for working with children.
Reliability, patience, and excellent communication skills.
Any prior experience with children (sports coaching, tutoring, babysitting, youth work, or volunteering) is a huge bonus, but not essential!
An enhanced DBS check (we can help you sort this out if you don't have one!).
