Whether you're available five days a week or just a few days, we can offer flexible opportunities to suit your schedule.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will support children aged 0-5 years, helping to provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and thrive in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
Assisting with daily nursery routines, including mealtimes, personal care and outdoor play
Encouraging children's social, emotional, physical and communication development
Helping to create and maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment
Supporting individual children's needs and development
Working closely with nursery staff and other practitioners as part of a team

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for candidates who have:

Previous experience working with children in a nursery, school, childcare or similar setting is desirable but not essential
A genuine passion for working with young children
A caring, patient and positive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A flexible and reliable attitude
A willingness to learn and develop within the Early Years sector
