Unqualified KS3 Teaching Assistant

If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you as a Unqualified KS3 Teaching Assistant in an outstanding Secondary School in Kensington & Chelsea! Within this position, you will be working alongside experienced Teachers and SLTs to effectively promote academic confidence and growth to the students.
As a Unqualified KS3 Teaching Assistant, you will be undertaking structured learning sessions with students who are struggling academically. While also reviewing and adjusting the tasks and structure to suit the needs of each student to ensure the best progress is made. This role can also involve working alongside students with challenging behavioural and learning needs (ASD, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression etc.), so you will need to be adaptable, adopting a different approach to each interaction you have to the most beneficial output.
