Description:
Work as Clinical Unit Manager (RGN/RMN) within an elderly nursing and dementia home in the Plymouth. The role offers a competitive pay rate of £22.60 per hour, and you will be working full time day shifts - 4 shifts per week.

We are looking for a Clinical Unit Manager (RGN/RMN) with excellent clinical skills and elderly care experience, previous experience working within a nursing home is essential. This role would suit an experienced Nurse, Clinical Unit Manager or Clinical Lead / Deputy.
You will have a thorough understanding of clinical governance including risk management and audits, as well as complying with all policies, procedures, protocols, evidence-based nursing practice and NMC guidelines.
As Clinical Unit Manager you will;
Provide supervisory support to a team of nurses and care staff
Lead by example, ensuring high standards of care are adhered to
Assist the Home Manager in running the service – preparing for CQC inspections
This is a full time, permanent position on day shifts working 4 shifts per week, and the annual salary is £51,705.
