This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Life & Disability Insurance Underwriter, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing insurance applications to determine coverage and premiums. You will work closely with Brokers, Agents, and Clients to analyse risk factors and make informed decisions to protect the company's interests.

The ideal candidate will be:

Proven experience working as an Underwriter in the insurance industry
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sound knowledge of insurance principles and underwriting guidelines
As an experienced Underwriter you will have:                        

Certifications in underwriting such as ACII or CII
Experience in underwriting complex commercial or specialty risks
Knowledge of reinsurance principles
Must have the right to work in the UK.
