£65,000 - £80,000 basic salary depending upon experience.

About The Company:

A specialist manufacturer of Livestock Equipment and Livestock Fencing for the Agricultural industry.

The Job Role Details:

As the UK Sales Manager you will be responsible for increasing B2B sales, ensuring consistent profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and management of distributorships throughout the UK.

You will identify objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings with your focus being business to business sales growth.

Establish new distributorships in the United Kingdom.
Set, manage, and deliver sales revenue targets for each new customer.
Coordinate stock purchases with the procurement department.
Create, develop, and implement new account acquisitions and customer retention plans.
Provision of sales reports and analysis of performance for leadership team.

At least 5 years of agricultural sales experience selling livestock handling or livestock fencing equipment to farmers and distributors.
