This is a rare opportunity to join something very special. You will have the opportunity to build something from the ground up, with a wider support team of people moving at light speed to help you increase and drive stronger partnerships to hit your £3M ARR target.
So if you’re content with our forecasted £180K OTE - this is unlikely to work. BUT if you’re driven to hit £250K+ in personal income then you are very likely to have the right mind-set and commercial brilliance that this position demands.

We hire on aptitude and attitude. As such, this role would suit those with a background in: relationship management & growth, the legal industry, B2B SaaS or consulting. UK Partnerships Director
UK Remote with travel to client meetings and periodic London meet-ups
£75,000 - £85,000 Base, £175,000 - £185,000 OTE Uncapped

Actionstep is a pioneer in the development and sale of software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, specialising in the delivery of Legal Practice Management software. We are a fast growing, dynamic business with a global customer base and team.
We are expanding our commercial team to drive our business growth in the UK market and are currently looking for a UK Director of Partnerships to join the team.
The UK Partnerships Director Role:
As UK Director of Partnerships, you will be responsible for all aspects of Actionstep’s Partner Strategies and Execution in the United Kingdom (our key growth market) by working to help attract and build an industry leading partner ecosystem.
Internally, the Partnerships Director will help manage multiple Actionstep partner relationships and acts as the champion for our UK Partners at Actionstep. This role spans all internal Actionstep departments (sales, product, customer, legal, marketing, and ops) to scale and enhance the reach of each of our partnerships.
Externally, the Partnerships Director serves as the champion for our Partner ecosystem and is responsible for developing and managing relationships, as well as driving growth across all facets of our Partnerships.
Partners Include:
+ Certified Partners who implement and support Actionstep customers.
+ Integration partners (like NetDocuments) who have technical integrations with Actionstep.
+ Referral Partners who are influencers or professional services firms in the legal sector.

Skills & Ability:
+ Bachelor's degree or Higher (MBA)
+ 5+ years of relationship management, legal or consulting experience
+ Ability to cultivate deep relationships and establish rapport with Partner stakeholders
+ Team player with personable presence and ability to collaborate across all departments
+ Strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills
+ Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication with experience making presentations to key stakeholders
+ Willingness to travel to industry locations, events, conferences, and client meetings as needed for Partners
