We are seeking a driven sales professional to join our team selling highly engineered, bespoke pumping solutions to offshore oil and gas operators in the North Sea region.

Your Objective:

As a Bespoke Engineered Solution Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales opportunities with oil and gas companies operating in the North Sea. Your primary focus will be promoting and selling our company's innovative pumping systems tailored to meet the unique challenges of offshore extraction and production.

What you will do:

- Identify and develop sales leads and opportunities with North Sea oil and gas operators.
- Conduct technical sales presentations highlighting the value proposition of our bespoke pumping solutions.
- Gather detailed requirements from clients and collaborate with engineering teams to design optimal pumping system configurations.
- Negotiate and close sales of complex, engineered pumping solution packages
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events and trade shows.

What you will have:

- Proven track record in technical product sales, preferably in the oil and gas or industrial equipment sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of upstream and midstream oil and gas operations.
- Ability to understand complex technical requirements and design optimal solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to convey value propositions effectively.
- Comfortable operating in a consultative sales environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the North Sea region to meet with customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
