E experience as a UI/UX Developer within financial services or similar, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.
in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
Unde understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
Comm communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
Team collaboration skills, ready to work within a diverse team.

What You'll Do:
