The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tutor to join our team. This role requires a dedicated professional who can deliver high-quality tutoring services in one or more subjects at primary or secondary level. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of helping students achieve their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver one-to-one or small group sessions tailored to the student’s needs and curriculum standards.
* Prepare lesson plans and materials based on the student's academic requirements.
* Assess, monitor, and report on the progress of students.
* Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
* Communicate regularly with parents or guardians on the progress of their children.
* Commit to continual professional development and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum.
Requirements:
* Must hold a current Enhanced DBS Certificate.
* Possess a PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience in tutoring or teaching at the primary or secondary level.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
