Job Description:
We are currently seeking a KS3 English and Maths Tutor to join our team in Pitsea, Essex. As a temporary employee, you will be expected to work full-time hours within the education and training industry.
Job Duties:
Provide high-quality tutoring in KS3 English and Maths subjects
Develop tailored lesson plans to meet the individual learning needs of students
Assess student progress and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational experience
Required Qualifications:
Relevant qualification in Education or related field
Experience working with KS3 students
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching role
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of KS3 English and Maths curriculum
Ability to engage and motivate students
Proficient in creating engaging and effective lesson plans
Working Conditions:
The tutor will be expected to adapt to the needs of students and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a successful learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
