Job Title: Turnaround Care Home Manager
Location: South East England
Salary: £65,000 per annum + £4,000 car allowance
Purosearch are representing a reputable and well-established healthcare organisation who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Turnaround Care Home Manager to lead and transform their care homes in the South East of England. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in turning around care homes, with a particular emphasis on nursing homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned care homes, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the overall performance and financial viability of the care homes.
Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance the quality of care provided.
Lead and motivate a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience in turning around care homes, with a focus on nursing homes.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements in the care home sector.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel within the South East of England, including London and Essex.
Remuneration:
Competitive salary of £65,000 per annum.
£4,000 car allowance.
