Description:

Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting daily treasury and cash management activities across the business, the role focuses on cash flow management, payment processing, bank reconciliations, financial analysis, and maintaining accurate financial records. The successful candidate will also support process improvements and help ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

Review cash receipts and financial transactions to identify trends, highlight opportunities, and support performance improvements.
Carry out daily treasury activities, including bank reconciliations, transaction processing, and cash allocations.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies relating to financial transactions and account balances.
Monitor the full cash flow cycle, ensuring incoming funds are accurately received, allocated, reconciled, and reported.
Manage payment collections through various payment methods, ensuring funds are received and allocated accurately.
Maintain accurate payment records and support updates to customer account information where required.
Oversee day-to-day banking activity, including transfers between accounts and reconciliation of transactions.
Monitor automated treasury processes, investigate operational issues, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and controls.
