Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individuals to join the team as an African Travel Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge and passion for African travel destinations, along with proven sales skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK
Responsibilities as an African Travel Sales Specialist:
Build and maintain relationships with clients interested in traveling to African destinations.
Provide personalized travel recommendations and itineraries based on clients' preferences and budget.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner.
Close sales and meet monthly targets.
Stay up to date on travel trends, destinations, and products related to African travel.
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements as an African Travel Sales Specialist:
Proven track record in Africa travel sales.
Deep knowledge and passion for African travel destinations, culture, and attractions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for sales and communication.
