Travel Administrator
Paying up to £18 per hour
Initial 12 month temporary contract
Role based in Farnborough
WFH on Fridays
We are looking for an experienced Travel Administrator to join a global Construction and Engineering company based in Farnborough. Our client has fantastic offices with great facilities including free parking, Costa Coffee on-site, lovely subsidised restaurant and an all-round healthy and positive working environment.
This is an initial 12-month temporary contract but likely to extend. The working pattern is 40 hours per week Monday - Friday and working from home on Fridays. Paying up to £18 per hour which equates to £37,440 per annum
Previous experience organising international travel is essential
The role will be dealing with all aspects of travel including:
Booking flights and hotels for international business travel
Arranging VISA and Work Permit Applications for long term travel
Assisting with all the organisation involved in international relocations
Arranging international transport (car hires etc)
Arranging inoculations
Skills and experience required:
Previous experience organising and managing international travel is essential
Previous experience of arranging visas and work permits is essential
Strong organisational skills with excellent communication skills
Be a team player with a can-do positive attitude
