As a member of the Outbound Prime Product Logistics Team, you will play a vital role in driving Transportation operational efficiencies & processes for Prime Products moving from EAME facilities to Dealers or end customers internationally. Integrated with orders management and planning processes, you will plan and execute international transportation shipments to reduce overall transit time and variability, in-transit inventory, and transportation cost.

Initiate, develop, lead, stabilization & cost reduction projects for outbound shipments from our EAME manufacturing facilities.

Key Job functions include but not limited to:

• Liaise with internal team members to provide cost effective coordination, routing, and guidance for shipments.

• Review Reports, dashboards, and metrics to ensure the most effective methods are implemented in reducing dealer inventory lead times and eliminating waste in the transportation process.

• Support internal team members through forecasted data to plan and manage capacity with key carriers.

• Review and identify areas for improvement through performance management of our carriers.

• Proactive communication and maintain relationships with supply chain partners and customers.

• Develop and document processes for standardization and continuous improvement.

• Develop in-depth business knowledge of product and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in International transportation ie Ocean (Container/RORO), Road (Truck) and Air. Approx 2 years relevant experience

• Proficient in English, optional other languages

• Proven capacity to thrive in high-pressure environments and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.

• Strong Analytical skills & problem-solving capabilities.

• Motivated to gain expertise in international transportation processes.

• Process & customer service driven.

• Comfortable working in a highly diversified and operational business environment with strict deadlines.

• Effective communication skills.

• Effective team player.

• Ability to work on their own initiative and think outside of the box.

• Strong Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint, One Drive, Outlook)

• Good to have: Good Working Knowledge of Visio, Power Bi, Power Automate, Salesforce

• Appetite to learn and understand the flow of data between Transportation Management Systems

• Hybrid working an option (3 days in the office a Min)
