Transport & Warehouse Administrator
Resolve Recruitment and working with one for the UKs leading distributors with kitchens, bathrooms and appliances. Due to internal movement, our client are currently looking for an experienced Transport & Warehouse Administrator to work from their Bolton distribution centre.
This is a key role in the on-going success of the business and will offer substantial job satisfaction to the successful candidate.
The role:
Coordinate and monitor delivery activities to ensure optimum customer service.
Respond to customer calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner.
Communicate delivery instructions and conduct de-brief activities with the company driving team.
Utilise IT systems to support the efficiency of the department.
Compile data and prepare department specific operational reports.The person:
Experience within a Transport and/or Warehouse environment.
Experience in customer service/administration.
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of MS Office software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.The package & hours:
Starting salary of £23,150 + bonus
