Global Employment require a highly movitated Transport Administrator wanted immediatley for client based in Brackmills Northampton
£11.44 - £13.90 a hour plus holiday pay on top
40 hours per week Monday to Friday (day shift flexible on start time)
Ongoing to start with - with the view of going permanent within a 3-6 month period
Main responsibilities will be:
* Administration of the Training Schedule for drivers and operational staff – arrange periodic training for all staff based on client requirements
* Administration of the Driver CPC training schedule and booking driver CPC courses
* Administration of PCN/NIP received – (Parking Charge Notification / Notice of Intended Prosecution)
Following training:
* Administration of our driver licence checking platform
* Compiling accident and incident investigation packs
* Tachograph and driver compliance
Due to the nature of the role and the responsibility to maintain legal compliance the ideal candidate would have a transport background and be a competent administrator with a very high attention to detail
