A well established and growing organisation within the food production sector is currently seeking a Transport Supervisor to join their site in Herefordshire.

The Role:

As Transport Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of transport operations, with a strong focus on compliance, organisation, and supporting drivers.

Key responsibilities include:

· Ensuring full compliance with transport legislation and maintaining accurate records

· Scheduling vehicle maintenance including MOTs, servicing, and inspections

· Monitoring driver hours, working time, and infringements

· Managing driver documentation and compliance checks

· Supporting transport audits (internal and external)

· Maintaining transport systems and records

· Ordering fuel, PPE, and site consumables

· Providing general administrative support to the wider team

What were looking for:

· Previous experience in a transport supervisory or administrative role

· Strong knowledge of transport compliance and regulations

· Excellent attention to detail

· Strong organisational and communication skills

· Proactive and self-motivated approach

· CPC qualification (desirable, not essential – training provided)
