The Role
Plan and coordinate daily HGV movements.
Optimise routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Communicate with drivers and customers throughout the day.
Ensure compliance with driver hours and transport regulations.
Handle last-minute changes and operational challenges.
Maintain accurate transport records and documentation.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Transport Planner, Traffic Planner or Transport Coordinator.
Experience within the HGV, haulage or logistics sector.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of transport compliance and driver hours regulations.
Excellent communication skills.
