Permanent Positions
Shift Patterns Available:
• 5:00am – 3:00pm
• 9:00am – 6:00pm
The Agency are currently recruiting for 2 x Transport Operations Coordinators to join busy and growing logistics operations within the local area.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced transport, logistics, or planning professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating efficient day-to-day transport operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating daily transport and logistics operations
*
Planning routes and scheduling deliveries efficiently
*
Communicating with drivers, customers, and warehouse teams
*
Managing transport-related queries and resolving issues proactively
*
Monitoring vehicle movements and delivery performance
*
Updating transport systems and maintaining accurate records
*
Supporting the smooth running of transport operations
Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience within transport, logistics, planning, or fleet operations
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Ability to work effectively under pressure
*
Good IT and administrative skills
*
Proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
*
Experience within pallet network or fast-paced logistics environments advantageous
