Venrec are pleased to be recruiting for a Transport Office Administrator in Teynham, Kent
This position is for a minimum of 3 months, after 3 months this role has the potential of becoming permanent.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience working within a transport office or similar environment would be preferred
Previous experience working in an admin based role
Good customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Good organisation skills
The ability to work both as part of a team and independently
The role entails:
Answering inbound telephone calls
General administrative tasks including but not limited to, filing, scanning, etc.
Tracking loads
Dealing with bookings for different customers, ensuring that all information is correctly recorded
Dealing with general enquiries
Dealing with drivers, making sure all information is clearly communicated
Other details:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
09:00 - 19:00
£11.50 per hour + holiday pay
