Transport Manager – Logistics & Compliance
Magor, near Newport, Monmouthshire
£42,000 per annum (equivalent to £807 per week) – Day Shift

Role Requirements:
* CPC National qualification essential
* International CPC desirable
* Strong knowledge of DVSA rules and Transport Management Systems (TMS)
* Proven experience managing driver compliance, incident reporting, and vehicle maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as FOR’s Responsible Person and ensure adherence to driving hours regulations
* Manage compliance with DVSA rules and maintain vehicle records
* Lead accident investigations and incident reporting
* Conduct probation reviews and support driver performance
* Oversee security of vehicles and manage permits to work where necessary
* Perform weekly Health & Safety yard walks
