We are now looking for three Transport Co-ordinators to join our busy Toyota Site in Derby on a full-time, permanent basis. Shifts are on a weekly rotating pattern of 5:00-14:00, 13:00-22:00, 21:00-6:00, although the start times may change slightly at the request of the client.

The Role
As one of our Transport Co-ordinators, you will support the co-ordination of our delivery operations for goods leaving the Derby site.
Co-ordinating customer deliveries, you’ll liaise with drivers before departure and on the road in a prompt, efficient manner and ensure accurate paperwork, escalating any issues or abnormalities to the Transport Supervisor.
You’ll speak with customers regarding deliveries, ensuring their requests are met, and support compliance with all health and safety and transport mandatory procedures.
About You
To be considered as one of our Transport Co-ordinators, you will need:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good prioritisation and organisation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
