Transport Clerk (Nights) – Bridgwater, TA6 4RN
Sunday to Thursday | 22:00–06:00 | Temp-to-Perm | Immediate starts

The role
Minimum 8 hours guaranteed per shift
Temporary ongoing work with the opportunity to become permanent.
Process transport paperwork, delivery notes and administrative records.
Monitor vehicle movements and support night-time transport operations.
Communicate with drivers regarding routes, delays and instructions.
Maintain accurate updates on transport management systems.
Handle queries and report operational issues to the Transport Manager.
Support compliance with drivers' hours and transport procedures.
Requirements
You must have:
Previous experience in transport, logistics or administration.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Understanding of transport operations and drivers' hours regulations.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confidence working independently during night shifts.
Good communication skills and a professional approach.
Reliability, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.
