Description:
Our client one of the leading foodservice suppliers in the UK is currently looking for a Transport Administrator to join their busy local Inverness office, initially this role is for a fixed period of 4 months however, this could be extended or even permanent for the right person.

The main focus of this role is to provide support to the drivers, as well as colleagues and customers.
Main Duties (not limited to):
* Briefing and de-briefing drivers in regards to their delivery performance
* Data inputting
* Preparing delivery paperwork
* Downloading driver daily walk around checks, and booking in vehicles for any repairs, services or MOT
* Answering incoming calls and handling them appropriately
* Contacting customers regarding deliveries and or any offers
* General administrative duties as set out by the Office Manager
* Typing documents, reports, and correspondence accurately
Relevant skills/experience for the role:
* Experienced in an administrative role within a similar environment/industry
* Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
* Be computer literate
Working Monday to Friday 0530am - 1500 - 1 x 30 min unpaid break and 2 x 15 min paid breaks per day
