Do you understand Tacho rules and regulations,
Do you understand the importance of vehicle legislation and compliance
If the answer is yes to the above, then we have a great opportunity for you. Whether you have previous experience of working within a transport office or you are looking to move from driving into an office environment then we need to be speaking with you.
Working alongside the Transport Manager you will be responsible for the fleet compliance of approx. 50 vehicles. Booking MOT’s and PMI checks as well as being responsible for health and safety. Completing paperwork following accidents and keeping a check regarding PCN’s
We are looking for the right person to start as soon as possible in order to offer in-house training on the systems you will be using and to get an understanding of the role.
You must be well organized and methodical with a calm and unflappable approach to your work. You will be able to communicate effectively both to senior members of staff as well as suppliers and drivers alike.
