Transport Clerk – Join a Dynamic Logistics Team in Swindon!

Are you a sharp, organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our client is looking for a proactive Transport Clerk to join their busy logistics team based in Wiltshire.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Efficiently dispatching drivers with correct paperwork and debriefing on return

* Updating and maintaining the Transport Management System (TMS) in real-time

* Acting as a key point of contact for drivers, sub-contractors and customers to resolve queries

* Ensuring compliance with driver hours (WTD) and health and safety regulations

* Managing delivery notes, proof of deliveries (PODs) and manifest tracking accurately

About you:

* Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and Outlook) and experience with TMS

* Exceptional organisational skills and great attention to detail

* Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills

* A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and within a team
